Kyler Murray Sees Limited Action In Week 17
4 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (ankle) left Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams early in the first quarter after suffering an injury to his right ankle. Backup quarterback Chris Streveler took over for the next two-plus quarters before Murray returned to start the fourth quarter. As a result, Murray ended up with a quiet stat-line. He completed eight of 11 passes for 87 yards and he rushed for just three yards. He was unable to score in the game. Murray had a strong fantasy season overall, despite an uneven performance down the stretch. He had 819 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns on the year. He should be one of the first quarterbacks drafted in fantasy leagues next year after Patrick Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers are off the board.
