Kyler Murray Could See Preseason Action In Week 2
3 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray did not play in the team's first preseason game; however, he shined during practice on Sunday. Arizona's second preseason game is Friday against Kansas City. It's possible that Murray could see some action against the Chiefs, as head coach Kliff Kingsbury said that the decision to sit Murray in the preseason opener was because the team had a good week of practice and he wanted to get the new pieces and some of the veterans to gain more chemistry. When asked if Murray will play Week 2 of the preseason, Kingsbury said, "we'll see." It seems like Murray has a better chance to see the field when the Cardinals play in primetime on ESPN against the Chiefs, though he's unlikely to be a must-play in preseason DFS contests.
