6 months agoHouston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker (shin) is out of Tuesday's lineup against the St. Louis Cardinals. He fouled a ball off his shin during Monday's 7-4 win. Astros manager Joe Espada said Tucker is "day to day" and feeling better. The Astros will be without their slugger, slashing .266/.395/.584 with 19 homers, 40 RBI, 42 runs scored, and 10 stolen bases. Fantasy managers hope Tucker returns for Wednesday's series finale against the Cardinals. Still, with the Astros having a travel day on Thursday, Tucker will likely return to the lineup on Friday when the Astros visit the Angels. Mauricio Dubon is starting in right field for Tucker and batting ninth in Tuesday's game against St. Louis. Dubon is slashing .298/.324/.405 over 47 games in 2024. --Brandon Williams - RotoBaller
