3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker was placed on the COVID injured list on Wednesday as he came down with an illness. He was able to work out on Friday and is scheduled to work out again at Minute Maid Park on Saturday. Astros manager Dusty Baker believes that Tucker could rejoin the team some time during their three-game series against the Baltimore Orioles, which begins on Monday. Tucker has had a strong all-around year, slashing .268/.326/.506 with 13 home runs, five stolen bases, 43 RBI and 42 runs. Chas McCormick should continue to be the team's primary right fielder while Tucker is out.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
