Baltimore Orioles outfield prospect Kyle Stowers has been putting up some impressive power numbers since the start of the 2021 season. He began the 2021 campaign at High-A, but hit his way up to Triple-A by the end of the year. Across three levels in 2021, he posted an .898 OPS while launching 27 homers over 124 games. This year, he's been exclusively at Triple-A, apart from a brief call-up to the majors. Over 68 Triple-A games, he's hit .251/.352/.522 with 15 home runs, 22 doubles, 47 RBI and 42 runs. Strikeouts are a bit of a problem for him, but he's made some strides there this season. Last year, he struck out 171 times, but this year, he's only fanned 68 times so far. His call-up to the majors in mid-June was proof that the team knows he's ready when they need him. If you're looking to stash a hitting prospect with a good chance of a promotion soon, Stowers is a great candidate to consider. It's likely that his next call-up will be a permanent one.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller

Miami Marlins outfielder Kyle Stowers put together an incredible game at the plate during Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Stowers kicked off the scoring for his team with a two-run home run off right-hander Tony Gonsolin in the fourth inning. He would later blast another long ball off Yoendrys Gomez in the ninth inning. Stowers finished his day 4-for-4 with two homers, a double, and four RBI in the loss to the Dodgers. Now, Stowers is slashing .323/.396/.510 with four homers, 19 RBI, and two steals this season. He has been hot at the plate lately and is worthy of adding in deep leagues and NL-only formats at the minimum.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Miami Marlins outfielder Kyle Stowers is not in the starting nine on Monday evening when the Marlins face Cincinnati left-handed pitcher Nick Lodolo. Stowers has only made five starts against left-handed pitching this season. When facing lefties, Stowers has been productive, holding a .500 AVG, but will be held out of the lineup. Through the early part of the campaign, Stowers has held a strong .298/.381/.401 slash line with three doubles and one home run. Under the hood, he has generated an elite 17.0 percent rate with a 51.5 percent hard-hit rate, which are both above the average marks. Instead, Jesus Sanchez will get the nod in right field, which opens up the DH spot for Ronny Simon. Fantasy managers should expect Stowers to return to the starting nine on Tuesday when they face right-hander Nick Martinez. The Marlins are best to fade in DFS this evening, facing Lodolo, who enters this game with a solid 2.31 ERA.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Marlins outfielder Kyle Stowers saw the ball well this weekend. In Miami's three-game series against Washington, Stowers went 7-for-13 with four runs scored and six RBI. Three of those runs came in Sunday's 11-4 win over the Nationals. Stowers also had three hits and two RBI in the game. Stowers is off to a surprisingly good start in 2025. Through 14 games played, he is hitting .314 with one home run, 10 RBI, eight runs, and a stolen base. Stowers is a recent adopter of the torpedo bat, making the change during last week's series in Atlanta. Stowers has recorded a hit in all but one game since. After a day off on Monday, the Marlins will host the Diamondbacks for three games.--Dan Stephens - RotoBaller

With Pittsburgh Pirates left-hander Andrew Heaney starting the series finale on Sunday at loanDepot Park against the hosting Miami Marlins, both third baseman Graham Pauley and outfielder Kyle Stowers will start on the bench. Jonah Bride will make the start at third base and will hit fifth, while Javier Sanoja is starting in left field and batting in the nine-hole for the Fish. Neither Bride nor Sanoja have ever faced Heaney. The 24-year-old Pauley and the 27-year-old Stowers will be regulars in Miami's starting lineup when the team faces right-handed pitchers, but they will often be rested against southpaws. Pauley has started the year 2-for-6 with a double and an RBI in the first two games of the year, while Stowers has gone 4-for-12 with two RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in 14 trips to the plate over three games played.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
