2 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Kyle Philips has been quiet after leading the team in targets in the season opener against the New York Giants, but if Treylon Burks (turf toe) is out in Week 5, he's a decent flex option in deep leagues. Tennessee faces the Washington Commanders, who have given up the third-most fantasy points to wide receivers through four weeks. Robert Woods should be the clear No. 1 wide receiver in this spot, but Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Philips are candidates to see more looks.
