Kyle Lowry Drops 30 Points Again
5 years agoToronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry scored 30-plus points in a second consecutive game on Monday night, finishing a 120-115 overtime loss to Indiana with 30 points on 10-for-21 shooting. He was 5-for-12 from deep, adding nine assists, six rebounds, and one steal with five turnovers. Lowry has carried a huge load offensively in the most recent games with Toronto going through a really rough batch injury-wise. The Raptors are back out there on Christmas Day, so the injured bodies don't get a lot of time to recover and Lowry will likely have to produce big again for the team to hang with the Celtics. He cooked up a 29-7-4 line in the first meeting of the season against them.
