Kyle Lewis Could Be Activated Tuesday
3 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Kyle Lewis (knee) is set to meet with the Mariners' athletic trainers. The training staff will determine if he's ready to be activated for his 2022 debut. Mariners manager Scott Servais is hopeful that Lewis will be cleared by the training staff and activated prior to Tuesday's game against the Oakland Athletics. Lewis has been brought along slowly this year after tearing his right meniscus last summer. He played in 10 games at Triple-A as part of his rehab assignment and slashed .314/.415/.629 with three home runs, 12 RBI and six runs. Fantasy managers in need of some outfield help would be wise to claim Lewis off waivers before it's too late.
