Kyle Larson Starts Next To Alex Bowman For Daytona 500
2 years agoKyle Larson qualified second on Wednesday night, locking him into the field for the Daytona 500. Larson had won the pole three previous times in a row at Daytona International Speedway. The Hendrick Motorsports Racing driver has an interesting history on the 2.5-mile track. Larson, since driving the No. 5 Chevy, has one top-10 result. Last year, he crashed on Lap 190 during a big wreck. Hendrick cars carry great speed in qualifying and practice, but seem to fade during the later portions of the race.
