Kyle Kuzma Leads All Scorers In Battle Of Los Angeles
4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma scored a game-high 25 points in Thursday's 118-94 loss to the Clippers, taking charge of the offense following Anthony Davis' (ankle) exit from the game after only nine minutes of action. Montrezl Harrell was the only other Lakers player in double figures in scoring with 14 points as the team struggled the whole night. Kuzma finished with 9-for-19 shooting from the field and with a 3-for-10 effort from behind the arc. He notched five rebounds and four assists with two steals, one block and one turnover in 31 minutes. With LeBron James (ankle) and Dennis Schroder (health protocols) missing and Andre Drummond sleepwalking, Kuzma will have a big part to play in the next couple of games. Portland's poor defense awaits for him next on Friday.
