Kyle Finnegan Saves First Career Game
3 years agoWashington Nationals relief pitcher Kyle Finnegan pitched a clean inning in game one of the team's doubleheader against the Philadelphia Phillies Thursday, earning his first career save in the process. He struck out two batters. Finnegan has been excellent lately with six consecutive scoreless outings, and with Brad Hand and Daniel Hudson on the move, he could figure into the saves situation going forward. The Nationals may not win many more games, but Finnegan is worth a look for desperate fantasy managers.
