Kyle Finnegan Posts Fifth Consecutive Scoreless Outing
3 years agoWashington Nationals relief pitcher Kyle Finnegan threw a scoreless frame against the Philadelphia Phillies Tuesday night on his third consecutive day of action. He now has five scoreless outings in a row, and has only allowed a run once in his last 11 appearances. He also collected his 11th hold in Tuseday's 6-4 victory. With Brad Hand likely to be dealt in the coming days, Finnegan would be a major contender for save opportunities should he remain with the team. Fantasy managers may want to preemptively look to add Finnegan, or at least keep an eye on him heading into Friday's trade deadline.
