Kyle Busch Starting To Heat Up Heading Into New Hampshire
4 years agoJoe Gibbs Racing's Kyle Busch will start from the fifth position in Sunday's Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The defending Cup Series champion has still yet to reach victory lane in 2020, but the performance of the No. 18 car has started to trend in the right direction over the last couple of races. Last race, at Kansas, Busch led 52 laps early, before a flat tire in the late stages, saddled him with an 11th-place finish. This bodes well for Busch, as he has enjoyed a ton of success at NHMS. In 26 career starts, Busch has three wins and 16 top-10 finishes. Recently, Busch has been even better, scoring seven top-fives in his last 12 races at NHMS. Busch has also been the majority lap leader in most of those races. Busch is relatively cheap, for how talented he is, and will be a great lineup choice in DFS. No one should be surprised if Busch captures his first win on Sunday.
