7 years agoMiami Marlins relief pitcher Kyle Barraclough should begin the season as Miami's setup man, paving the way for the veteran Brad Ziegler to close out games for the Marlins. Barraclough's 22 holds were eighth most among National League relievers last season, though he did blow four saves as well. He pitched extremely well in just one inning against the New York Yankees in Sunday's spring training tilt, striking out the side in Miami's 7-5 win. After a bit of a down year in 2017, Barraclough hopes to return to his 2016 form where he struck out 113 batters in 72 innings with a career-best 29 holds.--Steven Slivka
