1 year agoLos Angeles Angels top pitching prospect Ky Bush surrendered four earned runs, five hits, and a walk over 1/3 innings pitched at the Arizona Complex League. The outing was Bush's first appearance of the season, which follows an impressive 2022 campaign featuring a 3.67 ERA and 101 strikeouts across 103 innings and 21 starts with Double-A Rocket City. Before injury forced him to miss the first two months of this season, Bush appeared on track to crack the Angels' major-league roster at some point in 2023. It remains to be seen how much these setbacks will affect his timeline.
