Kurt Kitayama Struggling To Find Approach Game
1 year agoThis year's Arnold Palmer Invitation winner, Kurt Kitayama, has been struggling with his irons and wedges since the start of June. The 30-year-old made the weekend in the Scottish Open last week, but he was still dismal on approach, losing 2.3 strokes in that category. Kitayama's around-the-green prowess aided him in Scotland, but he'll need more than that when he travels to Royal Liverpool for The Open this week. With the putter also in a bad place of late, there's no reason to believe things turn around for the California-native this week. Fantasy managers can safely stay away, even at a value price tag of $7,200 on DraftKings.
