4 years agoAlthough he dipped as low as 19th, Chip Ganassi's Kurt Busch managed to race his way to a fifth-place finish at Kentucky Speedway. Although it wasn't quite as impressive a performance as last year's win, the top-five result is still a strong performance for the No. 1 team. Busch put together a 103.9 driver rating on the day and threw in an eighth-place finish in the first segment. Altogether, this was the kind of effort that Bush needed to keep his strong season going in the right direction. Fantasy players should continue to treat Bush as a safe pick at intermediate tracks where he has recorded four top-five finishes this year.--Ryan Devine
