3 years agoKurt Busch vaulted himself into the NASCAR playoff mix over the last month and continued to string together solid results with a sixth on Saturday at Pocono. Busch has enjoyed good results here in the past as the Chip Ganassi Racing driver not only led some laps but even battled younger brother Kyle on a couple of occasions. On Sunday, Busch will start 15th but with one of the better cars out there, he should easily move up well into the top ten. After that, it comes down to lift and finding the right groove at the right time. Another key for the elder Busch will be track temperature. He negotiated that well on Saturday.
