Kristaps Porzingis Puts up 25 Points With Defensive Stats
7 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Kristaps Porzingis had arguably the toughest front-court matchup in the NBA on Sunday, as he faced the Pelicans twin towers of Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins. Porzingis didn't shoot the ball particularly well (10-for-24) but sank four triples on his way to 25 points in the overtime loss. KP had a hard time battling for rebounds with his competition and only came away with six on the night. He was effective on defense, however, racking up five steals and two blocks in his team-high 43 minutes. Porzingis' field goal percentage remains an issue, but the defensive stats he provides are some of the best in fantasy.
