6 years agoUpdating a previous report, Chicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant (wrist) has been diagnosed with a left wrist bruise after being hit by a pitch on Tuesday. It's unclear how long Bryant might be forced to miss, but it's terrible timing with the Cubs hanging onto a slim lead in the division over the Brewers. Bryant's 2018 season has been a huge disappointment due to a shoulder injury that kept him out for an extended period of time in the middle of the season.
