Kolten Wong Collects Three Hits Against Former Team
2 years agoSeattle Mariners second baseman Kolten Wong went 3-for-4 with a run scored in a 7-3 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday. This was Wong's second multi-hit effort of the season as the veteran second baseman has gotten off to an absolutely brutal start. He's slashing an ugly .140/.231/.140 with three RBI, no home runs, and no stolen bases. It's not surprising to see the slow start as this is Wong's first season in Seattle. The Mariners have been benching him against left-handers but they'll give him time to turn things around given his track record. In the meantime, fantasy managers can leave him on the waiver wire.
