4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals pitcher Kodi Whitley has made the Opening Day roster, according to beat writer Derrick Goold. Whitley was drafted in the 27th round of the 2017 draft and has put up excellent numbers in his minor league career. In 156 2/3 minor league innings, Whitley has posted a 2.01 ERA while consistently striking out well over a batter per inning.
