Kodai Senga Solid In MLB Debut
2 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Kodai Senga took the mound for his MLB debut against the Miami Marlins on Sunday. The right-hander was shaky early, allowing one run and two walks in the first inning. He settled down after that, Senga finished with three hits allowed, eight strikeouts, and three walks over 5 1/3 innings of work. This was an encouraging first start for the 30-year-old pitcher.
