Kodai Senga Should Be Ready For Opening Day
2 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Kodai Senga (finger) should be ready for Opening Day, according to manager Buck Showalter. The 30-year-old was scratched from Saturday's Spring Training matchup due to right finger soreness. The organization believes this is a minor issue, so Senga shouldn't need a stint on the injured list. There are still concerns on how Senga will do stateside. Although, there's plenty of upside, assuming Senga can stay healthy.
