4 years agoDetroit Pistons center Christian Wood is expected to be one of the top free agents during this offseason. The New York Knicks are reportedly interested in signing Wood, but so are many other teams. New York was actively scouting Wood before the trade deadline, but obviously never got a deal done for him. The Pistons remain the favorites because they have his early-bird rights and can exceed the cap to re-sign him. The Knicks are usually a team where free agents go to die, but Wood should have value on just about any team.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
