Knicks Expected To Offer Josh Hart New Contract
1 year agoAccording to Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News, the Knicks are expected to offer guard/forward Josh Hart a four-year, $75 million contract in August. The former Villanova Wildcat landed in New York after being traded by Portland before the deadline. In 25 games in New York, Hart averaged 10.2 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.4 steals. He also shot a career-high 51.9% from deep. Considering his close ties with Jalen Brunson and Donte DiVincenzo, there's a good chance he will stay in the Big Apple. And while Brunson and Julius Randle will handle most of the duties on the offensive end, Hart has room to remain a dependable fantasy option.
