Kliff Kingsbury Receiving Head-Coaching Interest From Bears, Saints
46 seconds agoWashington Commanders offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury has received interview requests from the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints for their head-coaching positions, according to sources. When asked if Kingsbury would like to be a head coach again, he said, "At some point. We'll see how everything plays out, but I'm very happy here." If Kingsbury were to be hired by the Bears, he would reunite with quarterback Caleb Williams, whom he coached at USC before Chicago made him the first overall pick in the 2024 draft. In his first year running the Commanders' offense, Kingsbury has helped rookie QB Jayden Daniels to an impressive first year in the league, and he's likely to win Offensive Rookie of the Year honors. As the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals from 2019-22, Kingsbury went 28-37-1 with one playoff appearance.
