6 years agoGolden State Warriors shooting guard/small forward Klay Thompson had things going early as he connected on five threes in the first nine minutes of the game. These are the games that owners hope for as he finished with 30 points on 10-of-15 shooting in just 23 minutes. Yes, it is only preseason, and Stephen Curry was sitting this one out but we know Thompson still gets his looks even on an all-star laden squad. He is slipping in drafts because of this reason and may end up one of the steals of the season come seasons end.--Gianni Costantiello
