Kirk Cousins Invisible on Saturday Afternoon
6 years agoMinnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins symbolized the entire first-team offense with his performance on Saturday. It was a sloppy offensive quarter which saw Cousins throw for 12 yards on 3-for-8 passing with no touchdowns or interceptions. To be fair to Cousins, the offensive line was atrocious as regular starters Mike Remmers, Rashod Hill and Pat Elfein were all sitting out. Regardless, it was a far cry from the fantastic performance we saw from Cousins in Week 1 of the preseason. Fantasy owners should take no stock in this outing, and Cousins can still comfortably be drafted as a top-10 QB. He will look to rebound next Friday against the Seattle Seahawks.
