1 year agoMinnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins will look to keep it rolling in Week 8 against the Packers after leading his team to an upset win over the 49ers with 378 passing yards and two touchdowns in Week 7. Cousins gave fantasy managers a boost in confidence as he was able to produce notable numbers without his All-Pro wide receiver Justin Jefferson, as he struggled in his first game without his WR1. The Packers' defense will be another tough test for the Vikings' offense in this one, as they have allowed just 1,166 passing yards through six games this season. Fantasy managers have been shown they can trust the veteran as a QB1 option this season, but expectations shouldn't be too high coming off his strong start to the season.
