Minnesota Wild left wing Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) has avoided serious injury, per Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman. Kaprizov, who is among the NHL's top scorers with 34 points (13 goals, 21 assists) in 19 games, underwent an MRI after missing Saturday's clash against Calgary, and the results were positive. However, it's looking unlikely that he will return to the lineup on Monday versus Winnipeg. Marcus Johansson stepped into a top-line role with Kaprizov out on Saturday and put in a good performance in a 4-3 shootout loss. He scored the team's first goal, leading all skaters with eight shots. Johansson will continue to have extra fantasy value until Kaprizov returns. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
