Khris Davis Reaches 40 Homers For Third Straight Season
6 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Khris Davis homered in a comeback that fell short in an 8-7 loss to the Mariners Saturday. Davis leads the majors in homers with 40; he is second only to J.D. Martinez in RBI (105). This was the third straight season that he has surpassed 40 HR and 100 RBI. He is currently hitting .248 and in the past three years, he has been consistent with a .247 batting average. Speed is not a part of his game but even with all the power in the game right now, Davis remains an undervalued commodity.
