Khalil Herbert Leads Bears Backfield Into Week 1
1 year agoChicago Bears running back Khalil Herbert should lead the Bears new-look backfield Week 1 against the Packers. Herbert showed some dynamic playmaking ability at times last season, registering 877 total yards with five touchdowns. Herbert should get first crack at a backfield that consists of D'Onta Foreman and rookie Roschon Johnson against a stout Packers defensive line. Herbert will carry low-floor FLEX value in deeper formats as it is unclear exactly the amount of touches fantasy managers should expect from the shifty back. Herbert's ceiling, however, will be high over the course of this season as the type of player that can rip off an explosive play anytime he touches the ball.
