Anaheim Ducks defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk stretched his point streak to five games in Thursday's 5-1 loss to Winnipeg, recording a power-play assist on a Troy Terry marker. Cam Fowler also picked up a helper on the goal. Shattenkirk, who has started his second season in Anaheim, had knee surgery in the summer and the surgeon must've had magic fingers, because the veteran defenseman has come back very strong. The 32-year-old has been one of the most productive fantasy defensemen early in the campaign with three goals, six points, 10 shots, nine blocks and a pair of hits. He gets a chance to extend his point streak even further on Saturday against Minnesota.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
