Kevin Porter Jr. Makes History With 50-Point Game
4 years agoHouston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. was unconscious against Milwaukee on Thursday in a 143-136 win, upping his career high to 50 points on 9-for-15 three-point shooting. He finished 16-for-26 overall from the field and 9-for-11 at the foul line as he became the fourth-youngest player in NBA history with a 50-point game. He adding 11 assists to his line, Porter Jr. became the youngest ever player with 50-plus points and 10-plus assists in a game. His line also included five rebounds, one block and five turnovers in 41 minutes. With John Wall (hamstring) done for the year, Porter Jr. looks set for a huge finish to the season. His coming-out party will continue on Saturday against Golden State.
