Kevin Love Has Surgery, Out At Least Six Weeks
6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers forward/center Kevin Love (toe) has opted for surgery to try and heal from his left toe injury. The 30-year-old is slated to be re-evaluated in six weeks, which means he won't be back until around Christmas. Coach Larry Drew has been starting Sam Dekker at power forward, so he is currently the favorite to continue that role. However, even though Larry Nance Jr. hasn't been getting minutes at power forward, it seems likely to change now that Love is out for the foreseeable future. Nance appears to be the biggest beneficiary from the Love news and should be owned in all leagues.
