Kevin Durant Produces Big Performance In Return
4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant, who missed a week due to COVID-19, came back with a bang on Sunday, scoring a season-high 36 points on 11-for-21 shooting in a losing effort against OKC. He also picked up 11 rebounds for his third double-double in four games, and he polished off his line with four assists and one block. KD, who shot 12-for-15 at the line, has struggled with his three-point shot since the turn of the year, but he's still a scoring machine who gets buckets with ease. Kyrie Irving (personal) missed his third straight game on Sunday, and his absence elevates Durant's fantasy value even further. The Nuggets will be his next victim on Tuesday.
