Kevin Durant Drops 42 Points On Indiana
4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant matched his season high with 42 points on 16-for-24 shooting in Thursday's win over Indiana, hitting 2-for-4 from downtown and 8-for-8 at the foul line. He also posted a double-double by handing out 10 assists with three rebounds and one steal. The Nets have eased him back into action following injury, but it's safe to say he's fully recovered now after this showing in 36 minutes. However, Brooklyn has another game on Friday against Portland and the team could decide to sit him out just to be safe. Kyrie Irving (groin) was rested on Thursday, so they can certainly afford it.
