Kenta Maeda Victimized At Coors Field
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starter Kenta Maeda allowed six runs on seven hits - five earned - during a 9-1 loss to the Colorado Rockies on Monday night. He struck out five batters while walking two. Maeda has had an inconsistent season, as evidenced by his 7-8 record and 4.07 ERA. His 1.10 WHIP and 118/38 K/BB rate are both stellar figures, but he has been everything but reliable throughout the campaign. Maeda is an adequate asset at the end of a fantasy rotation, but he is not a league-winner by any means. He'll look to bounce back in his next projected start against the San Diego Padres.
