Kenrich Williams Stuffs The Stat Sheet Against Nuggets
4 years agoOklahoma City Thunder guard Kenrich Williams enjoyed another productive outing in a 97-95 loss to the Nuggets on Friday. Williams only scored seven points but added 11 rebounds, nine assists, a triple, and a steal in 36 minutes. With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Theo Maledon both banged up, the Thunder have needed someone to step up at the guard spot- Williams has answered the call. He's played 30.9 minutes per game this month, with averages of 11.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.3 triples, and 1.3 steals per game in seven contests. It's a bit of a small sample size, and he won't play as many minutes once his backcourt mates return, but Williams can be a sneaky good DFS asset if Gilgeous-Alexander and Maledon are out again on Sunday against the Bucks.
