Kenny Golladay, Saquon Barkley, Kyle Rudolph Won’t Play Vs. CLE
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay(hamstring), running back Saquon Barkley (knee), and tight end Kyle Rudolph (foot) will not play in Sunday's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns. Golladay has been sidelined since August 3 due to a hamstring injury. The former Detroit Lion did some light running on the side but has missed a good portion of training camp as he continues to recover his hamstring issue. Barkley participated in team drills and is making progress in his recovery from knee surgery. The Giants are taking the long-term approach with their star running back, but he is trending in the right direction to return by Week 1 of the regular season. Rudolph is on the Physically Unable to Perform list and remains out after undergoing offseason foot surgery. The next chance for Golladay, Barkley, and Rudolph to return to preseason action will be August 29 against the New England Patriots.
