Kenneth Walker III Leads Seahawks In Rushing In Week 1
1 year agoAfter spending most of the preseason hampered by a groin injury, running back Kenneth Walker III was given the start in the Seattle Seahawks Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Walker led the team in rushing yards and carries, gaining 64 yards on 12 attempts. The second-year back also caught four passes for three yards. Walker's final line would have been more impressive were it not for the Rams dominating the time of possession after halftime. Fantasy managers concerned about Zach Charbonnet cutting into Walker's use can rest easy for now, as the rookie got only three carries in his debut. The Seahawks face the Lions at Ford Field in Week 2.
