Kenneth Dixon Makes 53-Man Roster
6 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon has made the team's final 53-man roster after a mediocre preseason showing. The oft-injured Dixon was a candidate to be left off the team's final roster due to injury concerns and shaky production in his first few seasons with the team, but the Ravens clearly see some upside there. Javorius Allen is Dixon's primary competition for backup and change-of-pace duty behind bell cow Alex Collins, and the Ravens seem intent on giving Dixon a chance to flash the skills he has. If your rosters are deep enough, it'd be wise to take both of these backs late in your drafts as an insurance policy for Collins, with Dixon being a primary candidate for an increased role should he show an ability to stay on the field.
