Kenley Jansen Records 25th Save
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen earned his 25th save on the season versus the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday. The veteran was called on to protect a two-run lead and was shaky during his outing. Jansen allowed two hits, one run, one walk and struck out one. The closer has had a rough second half, but remains the Dodgers closer for now. If manager Dave Roberts were to shake things up, Corey Knebel and Blake Treinen would be the likeliest to see action in the ninth inning. Both Treinen and Knebel are worth rostering in leagues that count holds. Jansen now has 2.98 ERA to go along with his 25 saves.
