3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen picked up his 16th save of the season versus the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday. Jansen worked a 1-2-3 inning and recorded one strikeout. The veteran continues to excel as one of the best closers in the league. He now owns a 1.63 ERA with 31 strikeouts in 27 2/3 innings. Managers should continue to feel confident with him as their closer. Jansen has pitched in back-to-back games and could be unavailable on Tuesday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
