Kendrick Nunn Scores Season-High 28 Points
4 years agoMiami Heat guard Kendrick Nunn stepped up for the second straight game in Wednesday's win over the Raptors. Nunn scored a season-high 28 points on 9 of 12 shooting from the field, adding eight boards, five assists, and four triples in 35 minutes. The second-year pro technically came off the bench but played starter minutes yet again, assuming a scoring role for a Heat team down Jimmy Butler (health and safety protocols) as well as Tyler Herro (neck). Nunn is starting to look more and more like the version of himself that broke out last year- he needs to be picked up in leagues where he's available right now, as it's unclear when Butler and Herro will return. He'll get another crack at the Raptors on Friday.
