Kendre Miller Misses Rookie OTAs
2 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Kendre Miller (knee) was unable to participate in rookie OTAs. This is unsurprising news considering Miller tore his meniscus in January. The TCU product hasn't been cleared for rookie workouts. Despite the injury, New Orleans decided to select Miller in the third round of this year's draft. The 20-year-old rushed for 1,399 yards and 17 touchdowns with TCU last season. The expectation is that Miller is going to be able to carve out a legitimate role alongside Alvin Kamara. It remains to be seen how the Saints decide to split up playing time. Regardless, Miller is expected to be 100 percent healthy by the time the preseason rolls around.
