Kemba Walker's 32 Points Not Enough On Tuesday
6 years agoCharlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker scored 32 points on 11-for-23 shooting on Tuesday against the Clippers, but it wasn't enough to stretch a home winning streak to six games. Backcourt mate Jeremy Lamb also had a nice outing with 22 points. Kemba played 39 minutes without a single turnover, handing out nine assists and grabbing five rebounds. He shot 5-for-10 from deep and snapped up three steals on the defensive end. Walker is meaning business ahead of the All-Star break as he's now posted back-to-back 30-point games. He'll have a great chance of making it three in a row on Friday, with the Hornets facing Washington, who have mightily struggled against opposing point guards this season.
