Kelly Oubre Jr. Solid In Spot Start
7 years agoWashington Wizards small forward Kelly Oubre Jr. got the start Saturday night against the Milwaukee Bucks with teammate Otto Porter (hip) sitting out. Oubre scored 14 points, hitting all six of his free throws, while contributing two steals and zero turnovers in 31 minutes. Porter left Friday's game early with a hip injury and was unable to suit up for Saturday's game, giving Oubre the opportunity to start. Oubre has now scored in double figures in nine of his last 11 games, but he plays much better while starting. The Wizards are off until Wednesday, but if Porter is unable to go, Oubre would be a potential streamer and a cheap option for DFS contests.
