6 years agoHouston Texans rookie wide receiver Keke Coutee (hamstring) and running back D'Onta Foreman (Achilles) are both inactive for Week 14 against the Colts. Coutee will miss his second straight game and just hasn't been able to get over his hamstring issues all year. He has long-term upside but should be on waivers in redraft leagues at this point. Sammie Coates and Deandre Carter will fight for work in three-wide sets with rookie Vyncint Smith a healthy scratch. Foreman was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list this week but won't make his season debut until at least next week.
